Mr. Abhay Kumar, CEO of Spaark Overseas (A unit of Proask Overseas Pvt. Ltd.), comes from humble beginnings. Raised with values of honesty, family responsibility, and respect, he learned the importance of helping others early on. While pursuing his studies, he took on the responsibility of supporting his family, including his sister’s education and his parents’ healthcare.

With a strong work ethic, Abhay worked at Hindustan Times, Xseed Education, Girnarsoft, and Cars 24, gaining valuable experience across industries. During his father’s healthcare struggles, he became deeply aware of the challenges faced by healthcare workers, especially physiotherapists and nurses, who suffer from poor pay, long hours, and lack of work-life balance.

Motivated by his mother’s teachings, Abhay founded Spaark Overseas to provide overseas job opportunities for healthcare professionals, particularly in Germany and the Gulf. He ensures that candidates receive fair pay, respect, and work-life balance, personally visiting employers and facilities to verify conditions.

Abhay’s philosophy is simple: “We are not just creating jobs, we are changing lives.” He believes that by placing candidates abroad, we not only transform their lives but also positively impact their families for generations.
